Anyone picking this up?  I enjoyed it in the theater despite it's multitude of flaws (including butt-puckeringly bad effects).

Otherwise, looks like a pretty light NRT.  Just as well; I just ordered the last season of Star Trek: TNG that I didn't yet have (season 6- $118 from Amazon.com.  Ouch!  But, there's a rebate deal, so whaddaya do...).

If anyone has this by now, how's the transfer?  I passed on NRT thinking maybe I'll buy it down the road, or maybe find it used.

Didn't pick it up. Also didn't have a chance to check it out when a roommate rented it.

There should be no problems with the transfer as it's brand new & Fox is good about their transfers in general.

You'd have more of a problem with compression than the transfer. Of course you're not easily bothered by compression artifacts, so it probably won't be a big deal for you...
