I can see how that will help things through decompression, but hard to believe it will cure it and make the symptoms completely disappear.

After all,  the jelly donut is ruptured and jelly is leaking out and creating lots of nerve pressure.

i had the same issue - ruptured jelly donut, lotsa nerve pressure.  dunno how it worked, (mebbe like buddhist resonating bowls?   ), but i know i no longer have chronic back pain.
