No, I don't think that this is a case of environs right now. As to what Colin wrote to me, it looks as if there is either a fuse problem now (not that likely), or that simply an output transistor gave up. Either way, I'm exchanging a board for him, that will take care of everything, and it is very, very easy to do. After all, the amp is only 6 years old, and still under warranty. Once I get the old board, I'll exactly know what happened.
