We need............

1.  A P&S or bridge camera $300/400 US - Is the Nikon P-90 a decent rig for shooting indoor volleyball and general family pic use?

2.  We need a camcorder as well.  What's the best buy for $500/600 bucks?

3.  I'm good on the DSLR front.

Do you want a hard drive camcorder or a tape camcorder (I assume you want HD)?

Hard drives are covenient.

Tapes will give better quality and better editing options (more work though) and better archiving of master footage.
