These are the upgraded Hotrod version, not the basic or the model 2 version.  I have owned 2 pairs of Kestrel Hotrods and a pair of Kestrel 2's, and the Hotrods definitely sound better.

I'm willing to drive further to deliver these speakers...say about 3 hours from Philly.  If you are near a really kick-ass national or state park, maybe a little further.  Buyer to pay shipping costs (fed-ex only..UPS destroyed a pair of my speakers, I won't use them again).  Paypal is free.  Grill socks are included, as are the original boxes.

Second, I'll be driving from Philly up through NE PA and Binghamton NY to Syracuse, Watertown, Oswego, and Corning sometime soon...with a trip to NYC shortly after that.  If you are near these places and found shipping costs were holding you back from buying these speakers...now's the time.

Bump...off to a-gon shortly.  These speakers use some amazingly simple crossover that makes the easy to drive and make music effortlessly.  Read the reviews or stop by and give them a listen.  If you don't know about these speakers, at this price point you are doing yourself a disservice not investigating them .
