Vera and I watched "Miracle at St. Anna" last night.  It is a movie about four black soldiers in World War II that get separated from their company in a remote village in Tuscany, Italy.  The movie was made by Spike Lee.  I thought the movie portrayed war with realism and the comradie that likely existed between small groups of soldiers.  My rating 3.25 out of 5 stars.

I had been trying to pick this up for a couple of weeks at BB but it was always checked-out.  The copy I rented was regular DVD.
