Anyone with DIY experience willing to talk a bit about veneer and a vacuum press? Specifically, I am looking for "rule of thumb" stuff concerning when to "book match" and which species are better as a simple single piece press. I have used Tineo on a Selah designed Scan-Speak 3-way, but I am looking at doing some more work with some highly figured veneers. What says you all?
