Hi failing to get response from Mike Pettit , surprising

I am from india and was going to buy a used 3b sst manufactured in 2002 , sold through Singapore dealer . It is understood that Indian distributer will not support the warranty . Sending the amp all the way to Singapore /canada even for small isuues ,will be a very complicated process as well as costly. The other  option is that the Indian distributer charges for the labour charge and parts are supported free by Bryston. I had sent an email in this regard to MIke , but have not got the response , which is surprising . May be he was not free .I need to be assured atleast in this regard. I would request James or Mike to please address my issue.

Hi BKM,

Yes the policy is that the warranty has to be taken care of in the country the amplifier was sold in. So the Indian distributor has the right to refuse warranty service.
