Thrash Metal

I have 3 songs that I can think of that I would call Thrash Metal. All by Soundgarden, Kick Stand, Rusty Cage, Jesus Christ Prose.

Thrash is fast Hard Rock that I associate with motorcycle racing. Has cool riffs, either bass, rhythm or lead guitar, with no cookie monster vocals.

Anyone know of other Thrash songs, bands?

Unfortunatley your definition of Thrash Metal seems to be very different from the term thrash metal used by most people.  Thrash Metal is a style of metal used long before Soundgarden and a very different style of music.  I listened to lots of thrash growing up, but none that sounded like Soundgarden.

Here's a good introduction into thrash metal:

Yes I think your right. according to Wikipedia Thrash is more like Metallica which I'm familiar with. Highway Star by Deep Purple is considered the first Thrash metal song. I thought these 3 songs by Soundgarden are similar in style & speed to Highway Star.

Testament, Megadeth, and early Metallica are thrash metal... A good few years before Soundgarden.

Defleshed
Destruction
Evile

Damn, there was this one video on HBB ages ago that reminds me of what you are describing (a bouncy, driving kind of rhythm) but I just can't place the band.

Yep, and they actually have a fairly decent, campy video:
