I went to MusicDirect last summer. Ever see their American Express commercial? Looks like a full-fledged showroom? It's actually a building with nary a window with the number painted on the side and a solid door with a doorbell. We went inside, the guys there were really nice, but it's basically an internet business with a bunch of desks and shelves full of equipment. One system was set up in the corner by the water cooler.
One guy spoke of a better showroom in the future. The area is almost scary desolate, like were Pacino drove the Ferrari in Scent Of A Woman.
Come to think of it, they had some DUAL boxes on the shelves..
Wasn't there a B&O place around the corner from the Palmer House?
