BRYSTON TROUBLES
« on: 4 Mar 2009, 03:33 pm »
No problem with Bryston,as they are too quick on their service.
My 10B sub X-over is out for delivery today to my house,
My 28B-ssts are ready for pickup,The WIFE :o is coming home from camp today(she definately doesn't know
about this).I'm trying to get a hold of the courier to see what time the 10B will be delivered.
The wife will be here around one ish, hopefully I can sneak it in before she arrives.
The 28s will be replacing my 7B-ssts(I won't pick them up till the WIFE goes back to camp)next wed.
Those I figure because our living room is low lit and they are Black(same as the 7Bs),
that they will blend in,so to speak.i know they are a hair higher than the 7Bs.
I plan on  cleaning all amps and components so hopefully they will all blend in.
Talk about self inflicted STRESSSSSSSSSS,Bryston products, and service are too good as we'll as
people at Bryston :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:.

 i just went through the same thing with my 4b. I heard the mission impossible theme go off in my head as i tried to sneak the amp in. She was sleepin and i did alot of tiptoeing around. She still hasnt noticed it yet and probably wont.

hi James, the wife works as a camp attendant for Paramount Energy(Gas company)
she travels by small plane to a camp west of FT Mcmurray AB.1week in 1out.
It's been quite an ordeal trying to get the timing right for deliveries.
At least I have a time window, otherwise I'd really be in trouble

I was thinking of that nurse off of the movie MISERY,I'm sure if she can notice one of her ornaments
being moved,then I'm sure she'd notice a pair of 28s.5 more sleeps and they're home at last,hmm,
That's a Stealy Dan song,I think I'll go give her a spin on my BDC-1 aa.

Hi werd,I still have my 7B-ssts until wed.I'll be taking them in ,with me,crap it's just like losing two of my own kids.I actually have 3X7Bssts,the third for my centre channel and 2X4B-ssts for my surrounds, and the for absolute power we have Torus X2,20a balanced for the components and subs and a 60a balanced for the ampsX5,sorry i git a little carried away,I suppose down the road I'll have to trade in the other 7 to have 28s matching across the front,Man I could of had the house payed of by now, thank god I have my priorities straight :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:.

Hey, I may be interested in this "wife camp" thing.  How long can you ship them off for?  Do they charge by the day?

Congrats on your purchase.  Cordially,
