I am the original owner and these were bought from an authorized dealer a little over two years ago. Great amps and will drive anything. Amps are in excellent condition. There is a very tiny nick in the front flaceplate, of one of the amps that I tried to capture in the picture with the dime. This a very minor blemish (about the size of the head of pin), not visible from more than a foot or so away.
I am selling only because I have redesigned my whole system and I need something smaller (which is not easy to find). Only reason for the low price is cashflow – I have bought a lot of new stuff and need to get some of my current system sold to pay for it.
These amps have received huge accolades from Positive Feedback, 6Moons, Stereophile, and others. Now there is a new Mark 2 version that is out. They sell retail for $6000. You can buy these from me and send them to Bel Canto and they will upgrade them to the Mk 2 version for $1K each, and then for a total price of $3775, you have a fantastic set of $6000 monoblocks that were just given a hugely positive review in Stereophile.
This is currently listed on Audiogon. Please ask any questions -- I have excellent feedback on both Audiogon and e-bay. I prefer Paypal for payment as it protects both buyer and seller (3% fee) but am open to other arrangements, including local pickup.
