How do you hook up for mono operation
« on: 1 Mar 2009, 01:51 am »
I traded for a pair of Startos converted to extreme Monos. If I run the signal to just one channel, I assume I use that channel positive. Where do I place the negative speaker wire? Thanks

If its been converted to mono's i dont understand why the second set of speaker outputs and input would still be there.

Call Klaus and ask him what the deal is...

Yes, each still have both channels and can be used that way or as mono's

Put a shorting plug in one input (either one) and connect the speaker cables to the positive terminals. Use the channel with the shorted input for the negative speaker terminal. Don't connect anything to the negative terminals.
