Looking at the board there are 6 places to solder to- 2 in,2 out, 2 ground.Is there a way to tell what "in" goes to what "out". I'm not sure if I explained this very well but was wondering if this could cause an out of phase issue if the right channel in goes to the left channel out.Any thoughts?

Best to look at the spec sheet for the stock part.  Use those drawings.  Otherwise, hard to explain, the pinout is a bit odd.
