VPI HW-19

   Does anyone know if this TT will accomodate a 10.5 tonearm? It looks like it will, but I need positve verification, Thanks, David

I'll guess that that puts the tonearm pivot at about 10" from the spindle and there is room. I think it should work. Just maybe not with the dust cover..... There is lots of real estate tho. Maybe it will be OK.

I say it will work.

Yes, there is room on the tonearm for the 10" VPI I know...probably the 10.5i, too.

You need not buy a tonearm board....you just drill out the opposite end of the armboard and switch arms (and directions of the board, of course) as needed.  VPI will probably drill it for free for you if you buy the 10.5i from them.

Call VPI on all to be sure  :idea:
