I would say its somewhat of a scam company. The speaker may be 'okay' but its not worth that.
The drivers are decent, but not worth that price!
The Audax is $72.05
The Seas is about $125 (best guess on price when it was last sold).
So about $400.
The description is also very very poorly worded. Clearly scrapped together, not something produced by a legitimate company. I can only assume the crossover is pretty cheap.

p.s. Don't think this company was founded in 1986, frankly I don't even think its a 'real' company. If it was, I highly believe that google would have found some record of it. I mean, just looking at the auction it is clearly a silly pair of monitors.
