Hi guys.  I have some questions for Frank and anyone else who may want to join in.

I have a T-3 (Transcendence Three) Fet Valve 500 amplifier and a Super Pas 4i SL.

Now,  what years were these components manufactored and will these designs have some synergy?  We're they designed to work together?

The T-3 Fet Valve is #050989UP

The Super Pas 4i is #050700

Also,  a question for the tube gurus.

What do you guys know about these tubes (the tubes that came with and are currently installed in the 4i) ?

JAN Philips ECG  12AX7WA 8726 AHE

34167 Halo Getter Gray Plates

Included all the numbers etched or printed on the tubes.

Anyone know what year these were manufactored?

General sound and durability?

Thanks!

Going by the Serial #'s, 1989 for the amp, and 2000 for the preamp.

JAN Philips, most of the ones around now a days are from the 80s. I have some in the 12AT7 from 1987 and after about 20 hours I got to see one of then go up in a big flash, so I can't say mush for durability and while they were playing, they sounded ok I guess but not like a Telefunken.  :smoke:
