Does anybody ever heard about Garrott Brothers in Australia that do the stylus retipping?

What is your review of what their done?
Which one is better Garrott Brothers or Sound Smith in United States?

I haven't used Garrott Brothers, but I had my ZYX retipped by Soundsmith. To say that I am pleased would be an understatement. My cartridge is so much improved that you would think that I spent an extra few grand. I got their optimized contour contact line stylus. This thing really sings.

I am hearing things that I never heard before.

Because I stay in Indonesia, and yesterday I have sent an email to Sound Smith but there is no answer.

I have heard of Garrot Brothers in Australia as I come from there, they have a great reputation, but I have never had anything done by them.

I knew a guy who had a high end HiFi store who said they were really good.
