Hi:

I am seriously thinking about this receiver for HT.  It would be replacing a Marantz SR-7002.  This receiver employs the ICE amp technology.  I would appreciate any feedback from members who have heard this amp or are currently using it in their HT system.

I am NOT interested in various options i.e. - going the separate amp route with a processor.  I have looked at the Wyred offerings and while they look really good, I am not interested in spending that kind of cash on HT.  In addition to this receiver, I need to buy a BR player and later on this year springing for a front projector along with a screen.   I can get the Pioneer Elite SC-05 from an authorized dealer for $999.

Do it..  I used to have an elite, it was good.  I've heard nice things about their ICE amps. I upgraded to Parasound seperates which was very easy to do...  That is a deal, take it.  If you end up going with a Blu Ray see what your dealer can do on the BDP-09!
