I'll be there too, but I was under the impression that we'd only get the RM-30 flavors and the new subwoofer (if it exists).
Will there be a RM/X? I'd love to hear one, haven't been able to see one in person yet.

Yeah, I don't think the RM/x are going to be there this year.
Sounds like we'll be treated to a triplet set of RM30's with the TriP. Can't wait to see the 30's, and very eager to listen to the TriP. Hopefully I won't like it too much else I may be ordering another RM/x for my setup

I was looking at the CES website. It says that the show is not open to the public. And that you have to be affiliated with exhibitors/media to get in. How does one make that happen? Thanks.

Hello Xi-Trum,
The easiest way to get in is to go to the CES website and register as a company or as a reporter (which technically anyone can claim to be without fibbing too much
). When you get to Las Vegas you will need two forms of ID. One is your driver's license and one will be a business card. Just print up a few generic business cards on your ink-jet printer and that's all there is to it.
See everyone there. If I am not at the VMPS room, feel free to come visit me at Alexis Park #1960 (Morkai).

Julian,
Thanks for the business card tip, I never thought of using my "Scottsdale Medical Imaging, Ltd." cards for CES ! Hey, I can take a quick trip to see the PDAs and cell phones and crap like that and claim the trip is a deductible business expensive

I'm going to check out the TriP at CES. Right now I'll be happy with my RM/X stereo pair

Julian/Larry,
Thanks for the tip. I think I still have some old business cards lying around somewhere.

ekovalsky,
Make it a deduction. I am a doc also and do speech recognition in the medical settings and help doc's with this etc. There are enough things you could come up with as a deduction like computers for the office etc. etc.
How about a pair of VMPS for the office????
