DCX/DEQ2496 user's group at Yahoo has answers

The DCX2496 user's group at yahoo has been around for years but is unfortunately set to evade the prying eyes of Google so many of you may not have ever found it. Just as AudioCircle eluded me until now. Davey started it to help people with set up and use but it also turned into the birthplace of mods. Lots of good info for all. All of the posts are focused to the DCX2496 so just start at #1 and skip through to catch up. This will be interesting to see how many new members join the group in the next few weeks as AC seems to be the hotbed for discussion of DCX use in the high end. Mostly pro audio types over at Yahoo now. Check it out here.

There is a huge amount of info contained in the archives of the group. Activity seems to occur in bursts, it will be pretty dead for a week or two and then a flurry of posts in a few days and then quiet again for a while. If you are going to either user or tinker with a DEQ/DCX subscribing to this group is highly recommended.

You can just write over it but if it is locked you may have to do a hard reset by holding down memory and compare while turning on the power.
