adding pictures and smileys
« on: 10 Feb 2009, 08:10 pm »
I can't seem to figure out how to add pictures, avatars, smileys and other stuff to my postings. I've looked through the help menu, but to no avail. When I hit the insert image icon I get this - . When I try to add a smiley like the laughing one I get this -

Others have obviously learned how to do this. Please help.

Thanks, Bill

Bill

Thanks Bob, kind of a complicated procedure, but I have it figured out. Now, I need to find out how to delete an ad in trading post.

Bill   :thankyou:

Well Bill, there's two ways to accomplish that:

#1 You can "edit" the post and replace it with a jovial remark about how nice the weather is. Or replace it like some folks do with a plain and simple piece of punctuation like a period (kinda bland, but it works to get rid of your post).

- or -

#2 You can ask the moderator (Maxcast I think) to remove the thread/post.

How about a test photo right here?
Come on, I dare 'ya.
Give it a shot, live on the edge man. You only live once.   aa
