I'm the original owner, purchased a few short months back on 10/2008 from an authorized dealer.
Unit is in perfect shape. Original box, manual included - I'll have to check if there's a powercord too - don't recall.
A fantastic dac with 2 optical, 2 RCA spdif, 2 BNC spdif, 1 USB and 1 AES/EBU inputs. Single RCA spdif digital output.
Single ended and true XLR balanced analog outputs. Selectable upsampling. RS-232 port for future firmware updating.
The BDA-1 has a transferrable 5 year warranty - bill of sale will be included for the new owner.
Bryston packages the unit in a highly non-standard box. This means double-boxing may present a problem.
I have an outer box that I could adjust to fit the need.
