I have a pair of 3Rs, upgraded to hemp drivers a couple years ago. As I recall, they don't have two wires for the positive speaker leads. Apparently this is part of the Omega recipe. Is it worth a modification?
I've been through a lot with those speakers, and they are still improving as they approach 1000 hours. They still lack fullness in the lower midrange, naturally enough for tiny drivers, but every improvement I make to the system and upper-range clarity makes this shortcoming less objectionable. In this sense, they have been a great path for the audiophile journey.
So, can I get a doubled Cardas lead for the positives? Has anyone else pursued this detail?
