Odyssey Stratos, how to I get it fixed?

Does anyone know how I would get my Odyssey Stratos amp fixed? It's got a bad left channel. I've tried calling the number on the website (317-299-5578) as well as sending email to [email protected], [email protected], and get no response. It's supposed to have a 20 year warranty. (serial 01-756)

Calling is the best way to contact Klaus. He is a night owl, so calling after 2:00pm eastern time is your best bet. Klaus will take care of you, that very much defines him and the company.
