I had a customer send me a modded SB2 for repair earlier in the week.

The display was not working. I contacted Logitech about obtaining a replacement.

I received a reply today that said as of 01/01/09 they would not be able to repair any SB2. They did offer 30% off a new unit from them with the return of the old unit.

Luckily the customer had an unmodded one he is sending me to use for parts.

If any of my customers who have modded SB2 wish to update to a SB3 or DUET, I will offer 15% off mods.

That'd be me.  Just my luck - it's been broken for about a year and I finally got around to sending it to Wayne one week after they discontinued servicing it.  Luckily I had the extra (unmodded) SB2.
