Selling my amp for $650, these rarely come up for sale on the used market.  It is the exact same unit Peter Daniels has pictures of up on his site (not just the same model...I'm selling that exact amp):

I had a few conversations with Mr. Daniels, he said the functional difference between my unit and the SE version was a few caps, and he described the differences as a style of presentation, and said the SE version wasn't necessarily better, just different.

Please read the review, it's well written and describes the amp quite well.  I would rate the amp as an 8/10, there is a 1/4" whitish mark on the side of the power supply.  I have audiogon feedback under the name "maxwalrath", all very positive.  Anyone near Philadelphia is welcomed to demo or borrow the amp for an audition.  Shipping weight is about 20 lbs., split paypal fees, but I'll happily wait until your check clears.

interested in your Patek if it is still available ... yours is a version 2 just not an SE correct??  also does it use the Cardas Stressless binding posts (large black single knob??  do you happen to know the manufacture date??  I believe Mr. Daniel normally engraves the date on the unit somewhere

Hi Jeff, this is not a version 2 as far as I know.  The binding posts are as pictured in the audiosector link above.  The date on the bottom of the power supply is August '05.

My original ad was pretty direct attack, but I wussed out and edited it.
