I know most if not all boxed speakers will benefit greatly from decoupling from the floor with special high qualitative feet/spikes. Is this true for OB ?
Or will this decoupling less than 3/4 inch from the floor be  harmful with respect of the benefits of good feet/spikes?

Since air waves go out freely off OB, air oscillations create much less vibrations is the baffle than in closed box designs. I think that the decoupling of the loudspeaker from the front baffle is worthier. And then if you have it decoupled, resonances won't be transferred to the floor through a rigid body, only through the air, which is not critical for OB.
