Thanks for finding this again.  It keeps coming and going, first put up a few years ago by Coaster Factory.  There is no better tutorial for EAC, and it's wizard.  The screenshots are quite helpful to the novice (and veteran alike..   ).  It's really not as complex as it looks; it's just that this tutorial guides you through each step in quite a bit of welcomed detail.
