Looking for a Rega P5 in 'very good' or better condition and am willing to spend $900-ish.

I know this gentleman and he is a solid chap.  I would ask just to make sure this is the TT-PSU that is offered but it looks like it is.  The TT-PSU is a huge (mandatory, imo) upgrade for the Rega tables and worth another couple hundred from your asking price.
