I'm in a new place and the best position for my 2.1 system would put the servo sub next to the crt. Of course it's magnet interferes with tv. I can and am keeping it farther away for now.
There are some diy shielding ideas out there but would appreciate any info from experience, maybe Danny or Brian have some thoughts for this driver. Of course any other experience is welcome.
I may try placing an air duct cap over the magnet as shown on this site:

Am also open to building a framed piece of metal to set next to crt.
Just wanted to hear from the experienced before I start running around, not alot of time for that if avoidable.

A shielding cup and a bucking magnet will catch most of it. I'd still advocate distance though.
