I'm sure you are a good guy and its obvious you have a beef with this vendor but Audio Circle has very specific rules regarding the airing of Dirty Laundry. Specifically (and quoting from the rules section

Let me give you a suggestion where you can post all of this information and it will be completely welcome, Audio Asylum, more specifically the Shady Lane Forum. This is where other audiophiles post to discuss issues they've had with vendors and individuals.
