Glad to see you got your CNC part in and are up and running again(for selfish reasons :wink:).  Those are nice baffles and should save someone a lot of time and headache.

I guess what you're calling a "rebate" is what I'd call a "counter bore."  That's the about-quarter-inch deep cutaway for the tweeter face plate, right?

WooHoo!  My pair of NEO2X baffles for the PE rectangular cabinets are here!

This should be a fun project over my vacation.  :)

I would like to see the outcome of your NEO2x....I may have to go this route with some room changes...floorstanding to bookshelf and this might be something to try.

The baffles fit either box. Don't forget, you still need to mod the PE boxes quite a bit to make them legitimate.

Yes that is why If I do go this route I may have to have someone help me out.....
