Ultra High End Monitor

The "Mejor" will be available soon for audition here. I would like to invite the local AC members to come by and hear this special monitor. Scan-Speak Illuminator woofers and RAAL tweeters.  :D

Man, I wish I lived closer  :(, I would love to hear it.

Hopefully those who do get the chance to listen will take pictures and report back about it.

My Spanish is very limited but I was told that the translation to English indicates "better".

Those Iluminators look pretty bad.    Should be a great loudspeaker.

Hmmmm, so now the next obvious question.  How do these shake out?
One's a high performance 2 way stand mounted Monitor of $_____?
...the other a high performance 3 way stand Mounted Monitor. $$____?

is this apples & oranges.  Or Golden Delicious & Granny Smith?

The 3 ways are $4500 a pair assembled, I assume this includes the deluxe crossovers.

A deal when you compare to Kharma, Avalon and the rest of the commercial competition.

I haven't finalized all of the pricing but will have it in a few days. I'll wait a few weeks so I can offer a better opinion on the sound comparison.

That sounds really tempting but I can't get away this weekend.

I may be able to make it for one of the 2009 meetings.
