Fosgate Audionics FA61.0's - opinions?

Found a nice deal for 4 FA61.0's, one of their centers and a Velo sub - looking to get a friend into HT and wondered if these speakers are better than your average BB,CC,6thAve type speakers. What are there sound characteristics, and would they perform reasonably well for HT at moderate levels - my friend is not an audiophile by any stretch, but I still want to get him a decent starter rig.......thoughts?

Did you ever try these speakers???? I am looking at them also...
I am familiar with older Fosgate equipment, and it was always top notch...these speakers could be a real steal........anyone out there familiar with any of the Fosgate speakers??(I have Fosgate Amps, Processors, but have only heard their old speakers, and that was years ago.....)
They are exactly like Hafler studio monitors I think.............
They have gotten great reviews!!!
