SOLD

Small, sweet 6SN7 Preamp.
  --Point-to-Point wiring
  --Oversized Power Supply
  --Teflon-insulated wire
  --PRP resistors
  --Polypropylene caps
  --High quality tube sockets
  --Excellent volume control
  --GE Tubes
Built by a friend of mine who, as you can see, does good work.  Nice 6SN7 sound.  Good dynamics, slightly warm, quiet background.  Of course, sound is largely affected by what 6SN7 are used.

Note: Unit has no feet.  (Always used with cones.)
Minimalist approach, so only one input, but I do have available a very good switchbox for it (for very reasonable cost).

A Holiday bump!
Make a semi-lowball offer if you like.

I've had a couple inquiries about the preamp gain and output impedance.  Gain is 20 dB.  Not sure about the output impedance, but the unit does have pretty good drive, as I'd expect from 6SN7 stages.  I had no trouble driving solid state amps, so tube amps also be should be no big deal.

Hello and Merry Christmas

I'm not sure how to evaluate your preamp.  Can you let me see a schematic?

Thanks and regards

Hi Les, I can at least inquire as to the origin of the design.

The preamp uses John Broskie's "Aikido Amplifier" Circuit.  Here's one link:
