avp 16 won't reset

avp 16 won't reset

My AVP 16 interface is stuck and I can't access the speaker menus. All I get is N/A. My subwoofer is now set to none and I can't change it back. I 've tried setting it to factory default but I still get the message N/A. How do I reset the AVP 16. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What if try hooking up the composite video to a TV monitor and use the on-screen menu?  Would it help?  Also make sure that the AVP is not in the 2-channel bypassed mode.

Thanks for the help. I was working in bypass mode. All is well now.
