Looking for any feedback from newer or current owners as of late, and what amps you changed from.

I have a friend that is very interested, he has no internet.

Thanks for your time.

the M-225 has been getting a lot of buzz lately. Hopefully, TRL will be at CES and I will have the opportunity to hear it for myself. Company sure has a long track record of producing good products.

If I get to hear one at the show, I will report back.

My Ref System is all TRL - including ST-225 - Solid State amp from TRL.
It is transparent, open, dynamic etc.
The only downside is - it is very heavy and would not win any beauty contest.

Paul, at TRL says that you can put this amp against any other amp in the world (including his super expensive super heavy tube amps that are still in production) - that is a bold claim coming from a modest person like Paul who does not like and actually does not do any marketing or advertising.
If you can afford it then it is a no brainer.

Have your friend give Paul at TRL a call - he is an old fashioned business man - his website was updated about 5 years ago.

Cheers

TRL Products are very good
I know of a few people that have had Paul's gear and were very happy with them

I was almost a TRL customer but my personal Finances took a turn for the worst and had to look at other less costly alternatives

Paul is great to deal with and i'm sure you can't go wrong with any of his products
