I spoke to Curt today for a few minutes. He has returned to Charlotte with his Thai wife, to run the successful Buffalo Electronics since his friend and colleague in Charlotte passed away.

He told me that he has had to focus on Buffalo Electronics instead of IRD, but I think he is getting the itch again. He has MB-100 monoblock amps in stock and may run a special. I also said there was a market for quality 2/3 way electronic crossovers around here     Also he could make several Purist preamps if there was demand, but really wants to deign an evehn higher quality version.

What do you guys think?

Also anyone else ready to buy a Purist Preamp for <$650? Curt will have to build a small lot of them if there is any interest.
