Ref 9 -> Ref 9V2 -> Ref 9V2SE (you can go direct to Ref 9V2SE off course)
We replace the face plate, entire amp board, adjust the power supply, serial number, restart the warranty (for the amp board, so keep your sales receipt).
We don't replace the cover. But if your cover is all scratched up, you can order new cover for $45.
If your amp packaging box is in very bad shape, we replace it.
