FS: Accuphase E-530 integrated $3500 SALE PENDING!
« on: 10 Nov 2008, 04:01 pm »
Offering my Accuphase E-530 integrated; very good condition (I will try and get some pics to have available on request). I've owned the following integrateds: Jeff Rowland Concentra II; BAT VK-300 (6922 version); Sim Audio I-5SE; Classe CAP-2100; Accuphase E-406V. IMHO only the Concentra II and the Accuphase E-406V come close.

The E-530 is 30 watts pure class A; search and read the reviews/comments out there--this amp will drive almost any speakers to great levels and still retain that incredible smooth Accuphase sound.

Don't have to sell, but I've gone back to the dark side (triode amp)! Lots of aged and positive feedback on Agon under my user name there: Rrsclyde.

Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Thanks!

It's a jewel.  Email for pics.  I also have a matching Accuphase dp-67 that I'm considering parting with; could make someone a great package deal on incredible components :icon_lol:.

Wow, this is a fantastic deal! Someone please restrain me!  :D

If this was Germany, the E-530 would have gone in a heartbeat .... and at that price, its a bargain!

Best regards
Dennis

Sorry all; I had decided to keep the Accuphase and forgot about the ad....the amp is now in our bedroom system, and is way overkill for that setup.  So I will consider offers if anyone is interested, and again I apologize for not keeping the satus more current.

Thanks.

Audioclyde:

I'm sure this is a great piece of equipment, and I was definitely interested in it.  But after doing my sums again, I just can't justify this kind of an outlay at this time.

Good luck.  AndrewA

AndrewA,

Thanks; it is a beauty, cosmetically and of course soundwise.  With this economy, most of us are having to make difficult economic decisions.

FWIW, I would be interested in a trade for a lesser quality integrated (as this is in a bedroom system) plus $; I would particularly be interested in the NAD Master series integrated, or one of the Vincent hybrids (I'd like to keep the integrated I end up with in the bedroom system in the $1,000 to $1,500 range.  Although not a must have, an amp with A-B speaker outs would be great (the bedroom amp pwrs bedroom monitors and in-ceiling speakers in the master bath).

So if anyone has something along these lines and would like to move up to what I think is one of the very top shelf SS integrateds, let me know.

Thanks,

Randy
