Hello!!!

In the process of purchasing NuForce amplifier(s) and perhaps a NuForce preamp and would like recommendation for a player????

Does anyone have a player that works well with the NuForce products????

  As always, all the best!!!

We use Marantz SA-11 and SA-7 as reference.

OPPO 980HD is a very good entry level CDP, but more for pairing with IA-7V2 or Icon.

An incredibly good player is the Cambridge 840c...Highly recommended and a perfect match for Nuforce preamp and amplifiers. The player is probably my best hifi-bargain ever.

I run the 840c with a Nuforce P8 preamp and two Ref 9 v2. Speakers are Audiovector M3 Super.

Agreed, the Cambridge 840c is the most commonly recommended affordable CD player. I actually have an older Technics CD changer that I run through a Paradisea+ tube DAC to my Nuforce processor.

We are working on a CDP around the same price range, it may or may not make it to CES 2009.

Will the NuForce CD player have DVD-A, SACD, and HDCD capability? These would be some nice features I would be interested in.
