I have for sale a Trends TA-10 amplifier for sale.  I have upgraded the caps to Auricaps and Blackgate std.  I have been using this amp for over a year with great results with my Zu Druids.  Now that I have completed some DIY projects this unit has to go.  The upgraded caps cost ~$40 and the new units seem to be priced at $180 plus shipping.

Who did the upgrade work?

I did. Its four caps out four caps in. The Auricap pads were "fresh" if you will do to the larger size then the stock.  the board is made to accommodate many lead sizes.

I'll vouch for the goodness of the little Trends 10.1 especially with cap upgrades and battery power.

They really benefit from a good (tubed) pre, but then, most amps do! Their low cost makes them a real bargain.
I've not heard one with SLA power, however.
