I have a sony KDS-60XBR1 for sale which can be picked up in the Ann Arbor Mi area.  I purchased the TV new in November of 05.  The optical block was replaced roughly a year ago and as of a few days ago, I replaced the lamp as well.  Also, the TV has a transferable in home warranty (Circuit City) which is good through Nov/15/09.

The TV is in fantastic condition with no noticable marks or scratches on the screen.  I still have the original remote as well.
