I bought this pre-amp and a matching balanced power supply to use at the show. I don't need them now as I already own custom versions of each of them.
The wood is a very good looking spalted and figured Maple. The balanced power supply wood front is cut from the same piece of wood as well.
This is the same pre-amp that has gotten all of the rave reviews, and as per the reviews, easily one of the best pre-amps on the market for under $10,000.
