SOLD... FS: APL SACD 1000 ...SOLD

Fine shape. Recently replaced the ECC99 tube with the JJ gold-pin version.

APL replaced the mace and furore chips, and since has done another mod to the unit, too.  (I've emailed the previous owner to find out what that mod was... haven't gotten word back.) The player sounds great and works fine. 

I bought this unit when I was having problems with my APL DV563A; I've since repaired it, and I just haven't used either player much lately.  (BTW, the DV563A is a very nice player, but it isn't in the same league as the 1000.)

(BTW, those homebuilt IC cables use light-gauge Kobiconn RCA plugs that cost about 25 cents each.  I prefer them to "better" ends. )

And, from the previous owner... The more recent mods: According to Alex he put $350 worth of new parts in it, which included his latest Master Clock and new Tube output stage as of last year.
