Anyone seen the previews for this?

When did Gargoyles or whatever get into it? The games have no elements of super natural ANYTHING in them. There is one guy who is insane and thinks he is doing devil worship stuff with tattoos and blood but that is it.

Is this movie going to suck or what? Why did they ruin a great and twisted story? The game was always in large part about the story, setting, the feeling you got from it. The makers of this can go piss in an upside down bucket.

I don't remember seeing gargoyles in the previews, but I wouldn't mind if they were in some dream sequences.  The makers of those original dream sequences can go piss in an upside down bucket.

There is some sort of winged something.

I liked the dream sequence a lot actually.

Guys, I watched this, well piece of crap, of a movie tonight.  Do yourself a real favor and pass this one by on the BB Shelf.  It is not worth the time it takes to remove it from the box and place it into the DVD Player.  Rating maybe 1/2 star out of 5!

Ken

Now this is what I would classify as a truly bad movie!

Well, it wasn't quite crap (also just watched it tonight), but it also wasn't memorable in the least. Some cool sequences and special effects. The problem with the movie was that it wasn't quite dark comic book and it wasn't quite supernatural and it wasn't quite cop shootout and it wasn't quite detective story. It really wasn't much of anything then, I guess.

I was pretty excited for this one, cause I usually enjoy most of Marky Mark's films, and I was under the impression it was some sort of superhero type of character he was playing. Well, I thought the whole thing was crap. The script was bad, the flow of the film was crap, the plot was stupid, the bad guy was stupid, etc, etc. Aside from a few hot chicks and some AMAZING bass effects, this film is what the BigFish said it was...pure crap.

The game was a lot of fun when it first came out...the film looks like it took the basic framework and totally turned it upside down. Which was not needed, as the game itself had a ton of great action set pieces and a compelling story to go along with it. Oh well.  :duh:

Yep, sounded really good...I had moved my subwoofer to a location nearer me before the film and there were a few scenes where I feared for my life!

Epically awful movie.  It's pretty sad when a video game has better acting and plot than a movie.
