I promised my wife I'd throw this out there as she much prefers the look of the previous XL model over the new one. So ...

I just purchased a Satin Black B-Stock Titan XL. This was the one recently sold from the ACI web site as:

SD170: 1ea Titan XL Powered Sub (Satin Black) 
Description: THE Titan XL if you don't know about this legend, check it out This one is "like new".

It is not perfect (B-Stock, remember). It has a few minor marks on the bottom (underneath). So unless you plan on using it upside down no one will ever see them.

Trade for previous model in Rose Walnut (though I may consider other finishes) which looks like:

Since I just received this new model it has a full warranty. I have original box and packing though I'd prefer to not ship. I'd rather trade mano-o-mano (or mano-o-womano). But may consider shipping maybe perhaps.
