Cosmetically excellent Denon 3910 with broken drive mechanism.  Has new laser mechanism, but I can't fix it or find anybody who can.  Grab this for parts, send it to Denon for another drive, etc.  Free to the first person to send me $25 to cover the shipping, etc.)  Comes with original manual, remote, box, and packing materials.

Just need to get to somebody who can do something with it and out of our overcrowded home.
