E813CC (ECC83 equivalent)

The E813CC has the same performance as the world renowned ECC83.  Unlike the ECC83 however the variability in performance between two valves is reduced from an industry standard ±20% down to ±10%.  Obvious benefits in application set-up are obtained by this new performance.

    * 10 year life
    * Planar valve design
    * CRT cathode proven technology   
    * Supersedes ECC83
    * 6.3V driving voltage
    * B9A pin base

I hadn't heard about the KT-88/99, but I did hear mention of an EL84.

and here's what their sales folks sent in reply to a query on retail purchase:

Thank you for your interest in our TechTube valves.

Samples and larger volumes will be available for purchase when we launch the sales part of the web site towards the end of October.  Pricing, ordering, shipping and other such things will be on the WEB site as we are not going through dealers or distribution in the initial start up phase.  Pricing will be in the region of £20 - £30 per valve plus shipping which we are reviewing now with UPS, DHL & FedEx.

For further information, we are starting with the E813CC, E812CC & E811CC valves this year and then looking to the following: EL34, EL84, KT88, KT99.  Which one to start with is still under discussion but we expect to launch in the early part of 2009. 

In addition, the WEB site will have a news section and a forum (covering technical, commercial, and logistics) starting soon so please keep an eye on things and give us your feed back.
